Size guide

Ara has an adjustable and stretchable chest harness which comes in two sizes:

Small: range from small to medium sizes
‍Large: range from large to extra large sizes

These sizes relate directly to your t-shirt size. Example: if you regularly wear a medium size t-shirt we recommend picking small since this harness size can be adjusted in the range of small to medium size.

If you are XS, XXL or XXL please measure yourself with a measuring tape as shown on the following instructions:

‍Hold the tape horizontally to measure:

1. Your back, from shoulder to houlder, the widest portion of your back.
2. The chest, around the widest portion.
3. The abdomen, just below the chest, all the way around.

Shipping is free, however, there may be additional tax charges depending on the trade laws of your country, these taxes are paid by the user.

To honor the warranty, the Ara device must be returned in its original packaging, with all its accessories inside (arm band, earphones and cable). The device must be returned in perfect conditions, without any scratches (plastic and lidar lenses), with clean straps, sensors, ports and buttons working. If upon arrival the device has any malfunctions, please contact us immediately and specify the problem.
